Q & M Dental Group (“Q & M” or the “Group”) is a growing private dental healthcare group
in Asia. The Group operates the largest network of private dental outlets in Singapore and is
building its presence in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) and Malaysia.
Founded in 1996, Q & M has established itself as a reliable provider of quality dental
healthcare services. In Singapore, the Group has 46 dental clinics strategically located
island-wide, three dental centres and one mobile dental clinic. It also owns two dental
supplies and equipment distribution companies.
Leveraging on its multi-disciplinary expertise, Q & M offers a comprehensive range of
dental healthcare services, from primary care to specialist dental healthcare services.
The Group has a team of about 150 experienced dentists, supported by about 300
clinic support staff, to serve its pool of more than 400,000 patients island-wide.
To-date, Q & M has formed joint ventures with two dental healthcare groups in
Beijing and Nanjing. These joint ventures have a total of eight dental clinics, one
dental centre and one mobile dental clinic in operation. The Group also has a 70%
stake in a dental group in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, which operates two clinics.
Q & M was listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities
Limited (“SGX-ST”) on 26 November 2009.
